Turning 20 Quilt Top Fabric

Today I will start cutting fabric for the Turning Twenty quilt top. I have so many rose fabrics that I decided to use them for this quilt pattern. GRATITUDES 1. My cat's BB shot wound looking much better. 2. My hubby moving my computer to a cooler room in the house. 3. I've said it once and I'll say it again, Central Air. 4. My good friends.

That's a lot of roses! I'll be waiting to see if how it works out. I've seen so many nice Turning Twenty quilts, but am not thrilled with the way my top worked out. My fabric choices were not the best for this pattern, I think.

gonna be a girlie quilt with all those flowers but I guess with all the guys around your house you gotta get the florals in where you can, LOL

You're right Linda,I don't have sisters nor daughters just men.I have always bought things and made things for boys that I want girlie things now, and darn, it I'm going to get them.LOL!It should be a fast quilt top.I think I'll use the Baptist Fan quilting design.I love that quilting design, and it's fast.

Lovely fabrics. One of my UFOs is a Turning Twenty variation. Looked much better in my head than in fabric so that's why it's still a UFO. I have a lot of frog-stitching to do on it and one day I'll pull it out to do while I'm relaxing in front of the TV.

Yours should be very pretty. And this type pattern will work well with the baptist fan quilting.

Lovely fabrics with some good contrast. I've never used that pattern just the Yellow Brick Road. Can't wait to see the finished product.
